Tim Curtin has dedicated his career to helping people with estate planning and probate law. Tim began his career at a small general practice law firm where he learned all areas of civil and criminal law. Tim has appeared in courts throughout the state of Georgia, and has tried hundreds of cases.
Tim is passionate about ensuring that all Georgians receive equal treatment under the law. Having served as a court appointed attorney and guardian ad litem in the Fulton County Probate Court for more than 15 years, Tim has been given the opportunity to provide vigorous legal representation to those unable to advocate for themselves.
Tim teaches estate planning and probate topics in the community, and has presented to other members of the Bar at Continuing Legal Education seminars. Tim is the current Chair of the Atlanta Bar Association’s Estate Planning and Probate Section, and a member of the Elder Law Section. Tim is a board member of the Estate Planning Council of North Georgia, and a member of the Atlanta Estate Planning Council.
After graduating from Wake Forest University School of Law, Tim moved to Atlanta. In 2002, he married his wife Jennifer. They continue to live in Atlanta with their two children, Colin and Carson. Tim is a parishioner at Holy Spirit Catholic Church.
